Thermal Cleaning System TCS104-45

The Winona Van Norman TCS104-45 Thermal Cleaning System is engineered to provide fast, efficient, and environmentally responsible thermal cleaning for engine components, castings, and a wide range of industrial parts. Designed for high-volume engine rebuilding and remanufacturing operations, the TCS104-45 utilizes a precisely controlled thermal process to remove oils, grease, paint, carbon, gasket material, and other contaminants while preserving the integrity of the base metal. Its large-capacity chamber allows multiple components to be processed in a single cycle, helping maximize productivity and reduce turnaround times.
Constructed with a rugged, insulated steel chamber, the TCS104-45 delivers outstanding durability, energy efficiency, and long-term reliability in demanding industrial environments. Advanced automated cycle controls and intuitive programming provide precise temperature management and repeatable cleaning results with minimal operator intervention. An integrated emissions management system captures and filters exhaust gases, supporting cleaner, more environmentally responsible operation while helping facilities maintain a safe working environment.
Designed for professional engine rebuilders, remanufacturing facilities, and industrial manufacturers, the Winona Van Norman TCS104-45 Thermal Cleaning System combines powerful cleaning performance, efficient operation, and dependable automation to streamline workflows and reduce labor. With its high-capacity design, consistent results, and low-maintenance operation, the TCS104-45 is an ideal solution for facilities that demand thorough contaminant removal and reliable performance day after day.

Product Information
Operations
Each system is based on a modular basket design that allows the work piece and basket to be completely removed from each cell and placed into the next stage while saving time and protecting the operator. Standardized cells can be added to speed up processes or expand production.
Specifications
Each Thermal Cleaning system consists of a thermal oven, a shot blast cabinet (with dust collector), and a shaker/tumbler cooling unit. Each oven features a main burner that will bake and carbonize and grease, oil, debris or dirt on the work piece. A second stage afterburner in the exhaust eliminates any potentially hazardous fumes. After baking, the parts are transferred (via a material handling fixture) to the part is blasted while rotating to clean and prepare the surface for painting or reassembly. After blasting, the parts are again transferred to the shaker/tumbler cool down cabinet where the parts are rotated to remove shot or debris and a cooling fan removes any residual heat from the process.
