The Winona Van Norman PS2V Power Stroke Cylinder Hone is a true power stroke honing system engineered for precision honing of automotive and truck engine blocks. Designed for professional engine rebuilding, the PS2V combines advanced stroke control, smooth operation, and rugged construction to consistently produce accurate cylinder geometry and the ideal crosshatch finish required for optimal engine performance.
Featuring an adjustable stroke speed control and an air/oil-powered stroking system, the PS2V delivers smooth, consistent, and infinitely variable crosshatch angles to match a wide range of engine specifications. An adjustable positive bottom stop protects the honing head from contacting the engine block’s main webs, while the integrated rollover handle allows operators to quickly and precisely position the block for honing at virtually any cylinder angle.
To ensure superior surface finishes, the PS2V includes a dedicated honing oil filtration system that continuously supplies clean oil throughout the honing process. A convenient dwell control on the front panel allows the operator to pause the honing head anywhere within the cylinder for enhanced control and precision. Combining productivity, accuracy, and ease of use, the PS2V is an ideal solution for machine shops performing everything from standard rebuilds to high-performance engine machining.

Easy to load, you can be set up and be honing most blocks in 5 minutes.
Handcrank controls let you maneuver “V” blocks to the proper angle and position the hone head directly where you want it.
The large capacity coolant pump (8.3 GPM) gives you all the oil you need for cooling, lubrication, and cleaning.
The PS3301 comes complete with all the block fixturing, hold downs, tool tray, honing oil and stones needed to make your honing operation simple and profitable.
