Line Hone LHX

A line hone is a specialized machine used in engine work to precisely hone the main bearing bores of an engine block. This process ensures that the bores are perfectly aligned, sized, and finished to accept the crankshaft bearings. Proper alignment and surface finish of these bores are crucial for the smooth operation, longevity, and performance of the engine.
