Operations
This grinder will do caps up to 4″ high and 17″ long. Work table is 12″ square. Readily grinds ends of caps after welding for better fit in block. Stone angle adjusts in seconds for quick set-up. No shimming is required.
The setup is very quick. Place the magnetic straight edge on the table face, then place cap or rod against surface and tighten down. The stone can be dressed before and / or during the grinding operation as required. The
diamond dresser is mounted on the side of the actual work table. This same operation can be used on overhead Cam caps.

This grinder will do caps measuring up to 4’’ in height and up to 17’’ in length.
