Crankshaft Grinding Machine CGX270-2000

The CGX model is an entry-level crankshaft grinding machine designed for engine rebuilding or low-volume production. It features a PLC control system with X and Z axes driven by ballscrews on precision guideways and monitored by linear encoders for accurate movement. A centralized lubrication system ensures smooth operation, while an automatic dressing cycle with automatic wheel positioning maintains consistent grinding quality.

For optimal performance, the machine includes a fully automatic balancing system, vibration detector, and a 3D touch probe mounted on the grinding wheel head to simplify longitudinal setup and wheel positioning. With a Z-axis travel of 2,550 mm, X-axis travel of 315 mm, and a 710 mm grinding wheel diameter, the CGX delivers precise, efficient crankshaft grinding in a compact, user-friendly package.
