The Winona Van Norman PAX200 Agitation Washer is engineered to deliver fast, thorough, and consistent cleaning for critical engine and industrial components. By using controlled agitation, the PAX200 keeps parts in constant motion within the cleaning solution, allowing contaminants to be removed from every surface. The movement of parts within the liquid dramatically reduces washing time and improves cleaning efficiency, all while preserving the life of the cleaning media for lower operating costs and longer service intervals.
Designed with precision-focused operations in mind, the PAX200 also incorporates advanced electronic control capabilities. It includes five potentiometers for plane separation electronics, allowing accurate left-to-right percentage influence measurement between counterweights. Three additional potentiometers expand the machine’s versatility, enabling accurate processing of a wide variety of workpieces beyond crankshafts. The system is super accurate, capable of measuring a minimum unbalance of just 0.03 gram-inches, ensuring repeatable, high-quality results.
An electronic sensor pickup determines the precise angle setting, eliminating potential errors when locating weight removal positions. Unlike systems that attach sensors directly to the crankshaft, this non-contact design avoids influencing the unbalanced condition, ensuring true and reliable readings.
