Its extra-large stainless steel tank easily accommodates engine blocks, transmission housings, cylinder heads, and batches of smaller components, making it an ideal solution for engine rebuilding, remanufacturing, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing facilities.
Built for demanding production environments, the ULS860 features heavy-duty stainless steel construction, a thermally insulated tank and lid, and an integrated filtration and oil separation system that continuously removes contaminants to extend solution life and maintain peak cleaning performance. Replaceable 1 kW ultrasonic transducer arrays simplify maintenance while ensuring dependable long-term operation.
